Paylar (UAUPLT2VXXX) has been servicing its valued customers since April 2020, providing dedicated European IBAN accounts and handling direct SEPA payments throughout Europe. But that was just a “soft” start.
Today, we are excited to announce that as a result of successful cooperation with the Lithuanian bank Mano bankas (KUSRLT21XXX), Palyar customers will be able to make international money transfers in euros to almost any country in the world via the TARGET2 payment system. Euro payments through the TARGET2 system should reach recipients as soon as the next business day.

Outgoing international transfers in euros will be carried out at SHA rates from a minimum amount 30 euros. Incoming international transfers in euros will be available from a minimum of 10 euros.

Our business and private customers should check their inboxes on the Paylar payment system where we will send detailed information on international payment procedures and transaction costs. International euro transfers will be available as early as the end of October 2020.

And that is just the first bit of exciting news.

Paylar is a direct SWIFT participant and, as a result of a successful partnership with Transkapitalbank (TJSCRUMMXXX), we will soon be able to offer our valued customers international payments in USD, RUB and EUR in the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Montenegro, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

International multi-currency transfers will be available as a premium service for select business customers in late November 2020.
